Owner and Head Chef – Brett Hamer
Brett is a passionate and creative chef with over 18 years experience in the hospitality industry.
Having worked in 5 star restaurants in Sydney, including Nick’s Seafood and Nick’s Bar and Grill, Brett brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Schnitz and Giggles, Club Heathcote.
Brett has also worked in many restaurants and cafes within the Sutherland Shire including Zimzala, Stonefish, Cronulla RSL and Mejico in senior roles. He has also had his own restaurants/bistros in Helensburgh Workers Club, Bulli Workers Club and Manning Point Bowling Club before opening Schnitz and Giggles in Club Heathcote in 2018.
Brett has a passion for tasty, fresh and family friendly meals. He loves schnitzels and enjoys creating mouth watering topping combinations for his guests to enjoy. He also offers a range of daily specials to keep things exciting.
